Transformation Breath work Journey - $85.00
I guide people through a powerful breath work technique that will promote emotional healing, stress release, and personal transformation. By working with the breath, we unlock stuck energy, clear the mind, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self, helping you feel more balanced, centered, and empowered in everyday life. This is guided with music and with your breath you will enter a theta brain wave state where all the magic happens to re-wire your brain!
Once I started working with Liz, a new sense of hope developed and the blinders that I have had on began to come off. Little by little, I've been taking off the suit of armour that I have been wearing for so damn long, thinking that I was protecting myself but it has actually been doing WAY more harm than good! And this is something Liz showed me and has been helping me with so I no longer wear this heavy ass suit of armour!
