Picking a coach is a hard thing to do, ultimately you're going to pick someone that resonates with you, and of course you must resonate with the coach!! So why me? Well it's quite possible I've been where you are right now. For so many years I led a life where I was very successful in the corporate world, but quite frankly my personal life was a hot mess! I was not self aware!! Trauma began at a very early age and because of that I became a chronic people pleaser with zero boundaries. I found myself in a very toxic and abusive relationship which lasted 13 years. When I found myself single again in my 40's I realized I was attracting the very same thing into my life. This is where my self healing journey began. My story has a very happy ending and so can yours. So many people aren't self aware, they don't understand why they are stuck and are unable to move forward. So many of us, at one time or another, don't always realize we don't respect ourselves, love ourselves, or that we need to forgive ourselves.

I am passionate about this form of coaching because I believe in the part where you find your grace again, the part where it feels peaceful and you’re back on your feet. I’ve felt it, and it’s worth the work.
